As part of Penn State’s ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, accountable and supportive environment, the University continues to offer a wide range of resources and services for students and employees who may be the victims of sexual misconduct.

The beginning of the spring semester at Penn State marks more than just the start of classes. For some students, the new semester also marks their first time living on their own, and with that independence also comes the need for personal responsibility for one’s own safety and security.

As part of our regular “We Are!” feature, we recognize 16 Penn Staters who have gone above and beyond what’s asked of them in their work at the University.   

Penn State University Police and Public Safety, in partnership with Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, will hold a “Cram the Cruiser” holiday donation drive event benefiting Toys for Tots from noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 1. Participants can drop off donations of new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages at two convenient locations: Medlar Field (Porter North parking lot) and the Bryce Jordan Center (in front of the ticket office).
