It is preferred these requests are submitted at a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled event.  All requests for police staffing will be dependent on staffing availability.  

Event Information
For 5k Requests: request authorized routes from University Police (jat4@psu.edu) or Student Affairs.

Name of on-site person in charge and contact information This is the person that has authority to cancel event, evacuate event, shelter attendees. Should be the point of contact for PSOs/AOs – must be on-scene during the event.
